Refunds and Returns

While we hope you are excited about our purchase from Tsuga, your happiness matters a whole lot more to us.

If you purchased a product directly from our website and aren’t satisfied for any reason simply return it damage-free within 90 days for a full refund.

To start a return, please contact us at info@tsuga.us. Please pack your product in secure packaging with proof of purchase and contact information and ship the package to the following address:

We will notify you as soon as we receive and review your package, and, if approved, we will initiate an automatic refund to your requested method of payment. If your item does not qualify for a refund, we will provide you with information explaining why it is not eligible. 

 

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately if your order is delivered with any defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect items, and we will work to evaluate the situation to make things right.
